TfGM was looking for a partner to support their Christmas, Let’s Go campaign with experiential activity across the Bee Network. The activity was required to take place across a number of weekends in November and December 2024, with a particular focus on the city centre, along with key destinations such as the Trafford Centre, MediaCityUK, Salford Quays and the Bee Network’s park and ride locations.

Northern Outdoor is owned by Dan Smith, who has a passion for the outdoors and a desire to share his experiences via courses developed to inspire others to find their passion too.

They help people and businesses across the UK to develop, grow and succeed through a range of employment, skills and business support services. Their combined offer provides unrivalled insight, which means they are uniquely placed to help the places they work with to shape and deliver the best services to meet local priorities.

We were asked to create an integrated campaign that brought people together in Birmingham; that informed both young people and communities on the scale of investment happening in the city and the vast amount of opportunities on offer to them; invited them to get involved in the conversation and have a voice, and inspired them to join the Birmingham Housing Week movement.

TfGM, responsible for co-ordinating and improving transport services in Greater Manchester, wanted to run a behavioural change campaign among the general public to raise awareness of the dangers of becoming distracted while driving.
