Extra MSA wanted to develop a £50m motorway service area on the M1.  We were asked to create the narrative and benefits of the proposal, then communicate them to stakeholders across Leeds, with the aim of securing a positive planning decision from Leeds City Council and then effectively communicating through the construction process. 

Eurowind is the largest producer of wind and solar energy in Denmark, specialising in the development, construction and operation of renewable energy parks. We ran a public consultation exercise for them on the development of Uisenis, a wind farm on the Isle of Lewis.

Caddick Developments is a well-respected property business and part of the Caddick Group, which also includes Moda, Caddick Land, Caddick Construction and Oakgate. Operating across Yorkshire, the Northwest and the Midlands, it is responsible for promoting key industrial, residential and mixed-use sites from initial identification to construction starts. 

Ahead Partnership is a market-leader in developing ESG solutions that deliver measurable social impact. Since it was established in Leeds in 2004, Ahead Partnership has worked with employers, developing programmes, events and workshops to help young people achieve their full potential and understand the career opportunities available to them.  

We were asked to create an integrated campaign that brought people together in Birmingham; that informed both young people and communities on the scale of investment happening in the city and the vast amount of opportunities on offer to them; invited them to get involved in the conversation and have a voice, and inspired them to join the Birmingham Housing Week movement.

Marketing Southport appointed Social to manage its tourism PR activity. We deliver targeted and effective media stories that results in coverage that reaches the agreed target audiences, leading to increased visitor numbers. Marketing Southport was looking for an agency that understood its audience profiles and the evolution of its brand since a relaunch.
