Bromford is a 45,000-home housing association, headquartered in the West Midlands, with properties in the Cotswolds and the South West.

The challenge

Bromford was keen to demonstrate its purpose, tell its story and ultimately influence key stakeholders in a compelling, credible and engaging way and to position itself ahead of a refreshed development and growth strategy.

The solution

We adopted a holistic approach to enable the Group to define, demonstrate and communicate its sustainability commitments, achievements and goals, showing how it invests in homes and relationships which enable its residents and communities to thrive.  Our team collaborated with a financial advisory specialist to bring together relevant reporting frameworks aligned to UN Sustainable Development Goals, created a reporting structure, coordinated data and delivered content.

We used our editorial and design services to draft and place comment pieces and news stories in targeted media.

Our role has since expanded into support for wider communications including the group’s new strategic plan relating to its shift in scale, place and influence. This included working with Bromford’s senior team on how it enhances and builds on its position as an influencer on a local, regional and national level.
