Caddick Developments is a well-respected property business and part of the Caddick Group, which also includes Moda, Caddick Land, Caddick Construction and Oakgate. Operating across Yorkshire, the Northwest and the Midlands, it is responsible for promoting key industrial, residential and mixed-use sites from initial identification to construction starts.  

The challenge

With a number of exciting developments in the pipeline, Caddick Developments was looking to raise its profile in trade media titles and demonstrate its value to stakeholders, funders, and partner organisations. With a small in-house team and limited capacity, Caddick Developments required strategic communications counsel, rigorous account management and copywriting support to help establish its credentials as a prolific developer focused on creating ‘places for life’. 

The solution

We conducted a planned programme of proactive and reactive PR, thought leadership, social media and award entries, supported by extensive monitoring and reporting on activity. Using our strong network of contacts across trade and regional media, we were able to effectively ‘reintroduce’ Caddick to its key titles and provide a number of briefings on upcoming projects and company milestones

Social has now been retained by Caddick for a number of years, having expanded our scope of work to support Caddick Group with its 2023 and 2024 UKREiiF programmes and copywrite its most recent sustainability strategy.
