Highlighting positive social impact by telling human interest stories

Triple Point Social Housing

Triple Point Social Housing Real Estate Investment Trust uses private investment to fund the development of new specialist adapted properties, that allow people to move out of overcrowded hospitals and ageing care homes into new community-based homes for life.

The challenge

We were appointed to help showcase the real-life impact that REIT investment is making by developing a tranche of specialised supporting housing human interest stories that show the very real difference this model is making to some of the most vulnerable people in our society.

What we delivered

We have delivered strategic storytelling shining the spotlight on the true life stories of people whose lives have been changed for the better thanks to the investments made by Triple Point.

One such story focused on Cornmill House in Leeds, a Specialised Supporting Housing development realised through £3.5 million of Triple Point capital.

Through videos, case studies and thought leadership pieces we told the stories of the residents and how their homes have given them their independence and dignity.

Stories like these have highlighted the positive social impact that Triple Point has had as well as promoting the benefits of private investment in the adult social care sector.
