We know that choosing the right level of training is really important – which is why we offer fully bespoke consultation sessions ahead of our workshops, so that our award-winning experts can shape the workshop based on you/your team’s specific and individual requirements.

Our work doesn’t end after our workshop either – after every bespoke session, our Group Social Media Manager will provide a suite of follow up reading material, useful onesheets and other helpful resources. And, because you might have some follow up questions once you start to put your new skills into practise, she’s available for free of charge, 1-1 consultations for up to 7 days after your session.

    What platforms do you cover?

    Whether you’re a social media pro, a beginner just starting out or if your role involves managing brand social media, we can help! Workshops are crafted from scratch, for you – to ensure you get maximum value, insights and learnings from the session. We cover all topics across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. We can also offer sessions on Clubhouse should that be desired.

    How many attendees do I need?

    Because our sessions are fully bespoke, we can be entirely flexible on session size. We’ve got lots of experience delivering sessions in every form – from 1-1 consultations to workshops for entire companies in a lecture style theatre! We find that sessions work best with between 1-8 attendees – although we can certainly accommodate with requirements outside of that.

    How long are the workshops – and where are they hosted?

    Just as our workshop content is bespoke, so is our session duration. Three hour workshops are most common – although we do offer full day workshops where multiple platforms are being covered and/or more practical activities feature. As for where our workshops take place, that’s entirely up to you! We can host our sessions at our Manchester, Leeds or Bristol offices, or we can deliver the workshops at your office. We also offer fully remote, virtual training which can be helpful if colleagues are not all based in one location.
