The data and marketing manager will provide support to the Head of Client and Business Development, acting as a key part of the Business Development team.

We are looking for someone who’s great at spotting trends and insights to turn into relevant and impactful content that will engage audiences and drive new business opportunities.

They will also need to be good at working with teams across different sites and managed a mixed workload.

Role and responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for our CRM system, helping senior management to track and measure pipeline performance
  • Management of databases (relevance, segmentation etc) for marketing
  • Work with Business Unit leads to ensure regular and timely delivery of newsletters and other email content
  • Creation and delivery of regular email marketing campaigns to target audiences
  • Identifying and realising opportunities to create relevant content
  • Use of data and insights to identify potential target audiences
  • Management of integrated campaigns
  • Measurement of campaigns and using insights to inform improvements
  • Working with the social media team to ensure relevant content is shared to promote our brand and services (paid and organic)

Key qualifications and skills

  • Relationship management, with ability to manage colleagues upwards and down
  • Great team worker
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Ability to manage varied tasks across multiple workstreams
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Ability to build email and landing page templates
  • Interpreting data using tools such as Google Analytics

  • Experience of working in an agency environment
  • Experienced in managing multiple workstreams across different teams
  • Developing lead-generation campaigns and platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp


c£28,000 (pro rata)


The role is currently being completed 4 days per week and we’d be happy to consider a similar agreement.
