Junior Creative Designer

Our Creative team are a small, close-knit team within the wider agency setting, with a diverse range of skills spanning across design, digital, social media, video, photography and marketing. We’re ambitious, passionate but most of all fun, and talk about food A LOT!

We’re looking for someone to join us at a really exciting time, who possesses a strong creative flair and passion for all things design. You’ll have big ideas and won’t be afraid to share them or collaborate with the wider team.

It’s important that you are someone who is bursting with enthusiasm and have a willingness to learn and grow. Being proactive and having a positive mindset are key for this role. But what really makes you stand out is the ability to push boundaries and generate ideas.

You will be working on everything from big campaign ideas, brochures and websites to exhibition stands and presentations. You’ll need to be a confident creative thinker and bring excitement to everything you do.

In return you’ll be part of a dynamic and growing team with exciting growth plans and lots of opportunity for progression. We’ll ensure you’re fully supported and mentored by our Senior Creative Designer.

Role and responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Design team to assist with various design tasks for both print and digital
  • Developing concepts, ideas and creating artwork as required
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for design and design trends
  • The ability to balance multiple projects and follow brand guidelines
  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Problem solving, can-do attitude
  • Personable approach, able to build strong working relationships with colleagues across different locations and with clients
  • Highly adaptable and versatile

Key qualifications, skills and experience

  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Firm understanding of design and design processes
  • Strong understanding of typography and layout
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hard working, passionate and reliable


We’re open to talking to individuals with varying levels of experience for this role. A genuine passion for design and a creative flair is more important than the amount of industry experience.
