Creative Artworker

Our Creative team are a small, close-knit team within the wider agency setting, with a diverse range of skills spanning across design, digital, social media, video, photography and marketing. We’re ambitious, passionate but most of all fun, and talk about food A LOT!

We’re looking for someone to join us at a really exciting time, with an exceptional eye for detail and a minimum of 4 years’ experience. In your role, you will assist the Design team in bringing big ideas to life across various digital and print formats.

Your main responsibilities will include setting artwork from agreed conception to final sign-off, following detailed brand guidelines, ensuring accurate colour profiles, typesetting and maintaining all artwork integrity.

You will be a wizard of the Adobe Creative Suite, with expert understanding of print exportation, production of web safe image files and animated GIFs.

Role and responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Design team in setting artwork from agreed concept to final sign-off
  • Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and formats
  • Retouch images and export for relevant print and web standards
  • Exceptional eye for detail to ensure artwork is consistent, accurate and follows all brand guidelines
  • Working knowledge of print and finishing techniques to ensure artwork files are exported correctly
  • Confidence to work on a variety of briefs · Highly adaptable and versatile

Key qualifications, skills and experience

  • Experience in artworking for both on and offline channels
  • Excellent layout and typographical skills
  • Attention to detail with a right first-time mentality
  • Problem solving, can-do attitude
  • Personable approach, able to build strong working relationships with colleagues across different locations
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Must have excellent technical skills within Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of how to troubleshoot basic issues
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint


A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
