Based in Bristol, we’ve grown from having no clients when we set up in 2017 to supporting more than a dozen exciting, high profile clients and projects that make a tangible difference to the communities in which they are based.

Last year, the team promoted development sites with capacity for more than 12,000 homes. We are supporting the £85m regeneration of Gloucester city centre and emerging plans for Gravity smart campus in Somerset, which is one of the region’s most high profile clean growth projects. We also provide campaign and media support for house-builders, affordable housing providers, land-owners, local authorities and charities.

Life Happens: purpose beyond profit

We are proudly underpinned by our company value, Life Happens. This value sets out our commitment to our employees that when the unexpected happens in life, whatever that is, we have their backs.

Our purpose goes beyond profit. We have made a commitment to make a positive difference to improve people’s lives. That purpose stands shoulder-to-shoulder with our commitment to develop and grow our people and become an employer of choice in the communications industry.

If your values match ours and you want to make a positive difference in a company that cares about its colleagues and invests in their success, we’d love to hear from you.

If you’d like a chat before applying, please drop our South West managing director Ben Lowndes a line.

Please submit your application to us by midday on 14 June.

You will ideally be

  • Brimming with ambition, empathy and courage, you’ll be an account manager with a couple of years’ experience who’s ready to make the step up
  • Or you’ll work in house, supporting projects, managing budgets and delivering successful outcomes.
  • You’ll be confident with clients and stakeholders, and principled and collaborative in your approach to working with them.
  • You’ll be familiar with the key aspects of managing accounts well, regularly going beyond client expectations and delivering work on time and to an excellent standard.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and grow with us is vital.
  • Above all: what’s important for us is a passion for what we do and for the impact of good communications, for clients, communities and society.
