Social’s South West team is looking for an ambitious account executive to join our busy and growing team based in the heart of Bristol.
Our South West team is looking for an account executive to support our team with PR, campaign and community and political engagement work. This is a multi-faceted role that will suit someone who is looking to develop as an all-round practitioner in one of the country’s fastest-growing agencies.
The role will be a crucial member of the team working across a portfolio of clients. We’re on the lookout for people with ideas, who will build great relationships with clients and stakeholders and want to develop their knowledge and understanding of local and regional politics, the planning, development and housing industry, PR and community consultation.
You will have strong copywriting skills and knowledge of digital tools including social media – as well as a real willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks within a supportive team environment.
You must be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks as day-to-day responsibilities will include media monitoring and analysis, building and maintaining community, political, media and industry contacts, creating content, liaising with clients, stakeholders and the media, contributing to social media, planning and researching to generate new ideas for clients.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow within our business, and we’ll offer a great package and support, to help that individual thrive.
Benefits including a competitive salary, 30 days annual leave from January 2021, flexible working and a commitment to training and development. We want someone who is prepared to grow with us.
We’re all from different backgrounds and aspiring to be the best version of ourselves – but we are striving to do more and better in terms of our diversity and inclusion.
While all applicants will be treated equally regardless of race, gender or other status, Social is under-represented by Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic groups and by disabled people. Candidates from these groups are particularly encouraged.
And encouragement doesn’t end once you’re on board. Inclusion is not just for job ads. We’re committed to ensuring that we all have equal opportunity to thrive, succeed, fail and learn.
